To be able to receive State of
Michigan payments via EFT, providers must complete the
following steps:
1. Access Contract & Payment
Express
Log-on to the Contract & Payment Express
(C&PE) web site (www.cpexpress.state.mi.us).
Depending on the other types of State of Michigan payments
you receive, you will either access the web site as
a "new user" or "registered but no user
ID or password." (Note: If you aren't sure which
option to select, try one. If you get an error message,
try the other option.)
2. Request a Password
Follow the C&PE steps to request a password.
The password will be mailed to you via US mail.
3. Sign-up
Once you've received your password, access the
C&PE web site again and follow the steps to sign
up to receive payments via EFT.
4. Go to Your Bank
Take the EFT authorization form that you completed
and printed to your bank for verification and a signature.
5. Mail Back the Form
Sign and mail the form to the address on the
form.
6. Get Paid
Within two or three weeks after the form is mailed,
you should start to receive payments via EFT.
